Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged

All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to verification and approval by our team.

• Clear images of the product

• Description of the issue

• Unboxing video (mandatory)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

📸 An unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange, replacement, or missing product claims.

• The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the package is opened.

• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

This requirement helps us ensure fair and accurate resolution of issues.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for returned items or dissatisfaction-related requests.

In approved exchange cases, a replacement product will be issued instead of a refund.

If a replacement is not available, an alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion.
